What is your mental fitness? Test your PQ score
PQ stands for Positive Intelligence Quotient.
Your PQ is your positive intelligence score, expressed as a percentage from 0 to 100. It is the percentage of the time your brain acts as your friend rather than your enemy; so the time your brain helps you instead of sabotaging you.
For example, a PQ of 75 means your brain is helpful about 75 percent of the time and sabotaging about 25 percent of the time (the moments when your brain is in neutral we don't count).
Research shows that a PQ score of 75 is a crucial tipping point.
Above that score your brain usually knows how to inspire you, below it you are constantly dragged down by your inner dynamics. Of all individuals and teams, 80 percent score below this crucial PQ tipping point. That is why that 80 percent experience less success and happiness than is possible.
