Feedback is a gift – a gift that enables you to learn, to change, to develop. Yet almost everyone finds it hard to give, ask and to receive feedback.
The Feedback Cards are an accessible and positive way to (learn to) give, ask and receive feedback. The team feedback cards provide insight into how members view the team and where the strengths lie. So, the game is not just suitable for (feedback) training and meetings, it can also be used on team days and to launch team building programmes.
Example questions are:
If I were a car, what kind of car would I be?
Next summer I’d like to work on a cruise ship. What would my job be?
What does the wall decoration in the department say about us?
